Policy Overview and Refunds
No refunds will be provided for unused services, such as meals, transfers, or tours, for any reason.
To reserve your slot, pay the required deposit amount (500USD) within 3 business days. Your slot is guaranteed once the payment is done.
We are not responsible to give you a ride for being late on flight or in any kind of departure. Any cost will be covered by customer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Booking Conditions:
- Choose your desired package and travel date, your passport copy is required to join the group tour.
- Slots availability is subject to change. Once confirmed that slots are reserved.
- Pay the remaining balance 30 days before the travel date, non-payment before 30 days may result to the cancellation of booking without refund.
- By paying, you agreed to our terms and conditions.
- Regardless of visa approval or immigration clearance, your booking is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-rebookable.
- Rates only apply for a specified room type, Twin/Triple sharing room. Additional charges may apply for any special requests like room upgrade or single supplement.
- In order for the tour to operate at the published package price, a minimum of 20 passengers are required. If not, the tour may be cancelled or additional surcharge per person may apply for it to operate.
- Child and Infants rate are subject to the policy of the travel agency, proof of age may be required. Child with own bed will be charge as adult.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {info@japantravel.jp}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Lost items returns
Any items lost by the customer is not our company’s responsibilities. But in any case, that those items are miscarriage by our staff, it is company`s responsibility.
Cost in delivery will be covered by the customer for the lost items found,
